Lip blushing provides the client with a verynatural and sheer wash of color - a similar effect to lip tint. It is a great way to add definition, correct asymmetry, even out color, and/or create fullness.
Lips are interesting in that they are already pigmented, often unevenly or with more than one shade. Color choice is usually a collaboration between myself and the client. Although the goal is always to get as close as the desired shade, in some cases certain colors may not be used due to a risk of creating further discoloration.
Lip filler is okay, it is however recommended that all filler is done one month before your lip blush tattoo and is completely healed and settled.
Lips with scarring, sun damage, very cool colored (strong blue undertones), or that are multi-toned, etc... Additional sessions may be needed to achieve the desired results.
**All Lip Blush is implanted with a tattoo machine. Prepping for this tattoo is imperative to the success of the outcome in this style. Please refer to the FAQ for pre-care & after-care instructions.
Lip Blush
✧ Natural Watercolor (3 hours): An extremely natural, soft flush of a watercolor-like effect. Think lip stain with undetectable lip liner, only to create a solid but soft and enhanced natural lip shape and flush.
✧ Natural Ombre (3 hours): The Ombre effect is the watercolor application with more enhancement on the outer lip line area, still undetectable and less pigmented towards the inner lip area to achieve the ombre effect.
✧ Natural Lipstick (3-3.5 hours): Always soft & natural, more saturation and more defined lip line are sometimes elements of this option. This is the most saturated, most impactful, and most permanent option.
